Discretion First
Client identities, itineraries, travel patterns and expenditure are treated as confidential. We do not publish client names, share itineraries or discuss travel arrangements outside what is required to deliver them.
Information We Collect
Contact details, traveler names as they appear on identification, travel preferences, dates, loyalty numbers and payment information necessary to arrange your journey — plus anything you choose to share about how you like to travel.
How We Use It
To design, book, confirm and support your travel, and to remember your preferences so future journeys require less of your time.
Who We Share It With
Only the suppliers required to fulfill your arrangements — hotels, airlines, ground operators and guides — and only the information they need. We do not sell client information.
Retention & Security
Records are retained as long as needed to serve the relationship and meet legal obligations, and are stored using reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by writing to us.
