Terms & Conditions
These terms govern travel planning and coordination services provided by AMPM Luxury Travel. Journey-specific terms are provided in writing with each itinerary and take precedence where they differ.
Our Role
AMPM Luxury Travel acts as an independent travel advisor and coordinator, arranging services provided by third parties including airlines, hotels, ground operators, guides and other suppliers. Those suppliers are solely responsible for the services they deliver.
Proposals & Confirmations
Pricing, availability and terms are quoted at the time of proposal and are subject to change until confirmed and deposited. Confirmed arrangements are documented in writing.
Payments
Deposits and final payments follow the schedule provided with your proposal. Professional planning fees, where applicable, are disclosed in advance and are generally non-refundable once planning begins.
Changes & Cancellations
Supplier cancellation and change penalties apply as stated in your written itinerary. Requests are submitted on your behalf; AMPM cannot guarantee supplier approval or waivers.
Travel Documents & Compliance
Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry permits and health documentation. AMPM provides guidance but cannot be held liable for denied entry or missed travel due to insufficient documentation.
Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Declining coverage is at the client's own risk.
Medical Travel
AMPM Luxury Travel does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Clients independently select and consult their medical professionals and providers.
Limitation of Liability
AMPM is not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage arising from acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, or from events beyond its reasonable control.
