Documentation
Passports should be valid for at least six months beyond your return date, with blank pages available for entry stamps. Visa and entry requirements vary by destination and nationality; we confirm what applies to your journey well before departure.
Health & Entry Requirements
Some destinations require vaccinations or health documentation. Requirements are confirmed at the time of planning and reconfirmed prior to travel. Clients consult their own medical professionals regarding personal health matters.
Travel Insurance
We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every journey, including trip cancellation, interruption, medical and evacuation coverage. Options can be presented alongside your itinerary.
Payments & Planning Fees
Journeys are confirmed with deposits held by the supplier or by AMPM, followed by a final payment schedule provided in writing. Professional planning fees, where applicable, are disclosed before any work begins.
Changes & Cancellations
Each supplier maintains its own terms. Applicable cancellation and change policies are provided in writing with your proposal, so decisions are made with full information.
While You Travel
You travel with a single point of contact and access to support throughout your journey. When something changes, the alternative is usually arranged before you have to ask.
